Standard Returns and Windows<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept returns of unopened items within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of purchase. To qualify for a return, the bottle must be sealed, unopened, in its original packaging (including any gift boxes or certificates), and in the exact resellable condition as when it was purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Defective, Corked, or Damaged Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quality control is paramount. If you receive a bottle that is demonstrably defective, corked, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at <strong>support@laramieliquors.com<\/strong>. Include your order details and clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange a swift replacement or issue store credit. <em>Please note: Damage claims must be filed within 5 days of delivery.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Return Shipping Procedure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are generally responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
