Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
At Laramie Liquors, we strive to guarantee the exceptional quality of every bottle we sell. However, due to Illinois state regulations regarding the sale and transport of alcoholic beverages, our returns and exchanges are governed by strict legal guidelines.
1. Standard Returns and Windows
We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the bottle must be sealed, unopened, in its original packaging (including any gift boxes or certificates), and in the exact resellable condition as when it was purchased.
2. Defective, Corked, or Damaged Items
Quality control is paramount. If you receive a bottle that is demonstrably defective, corked, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@laramieliquors.com. Include your order details and clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange a swift replacement or issue store credit. Please note: Damage claims must be filed within 5 days of delivery.
3. Return Shipping Procedure
Customers are generally responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Alternatively, you may return qualifying unopened items to our storefront at 1841 S Laramie St, Peoria, IL 61605 free of charge. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing and Approval
Once your return is received and meticulously inspected by our team, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
