Do you ship outside Illinois?
No. Under Illinois State Liquor regulations, Laramie Liquors ships exclusively to physical addresses within the state of Illinois. We cannot ship out-of-state, to PO Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).
What are the requirements for local Peoria delivery or pickup?
For all local deliveries, local pickup, and carrier shipments, the individual placing the order and the individual receiving the order MUST be at least 21 years of age. A valid state-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) will be checked and scanned upon receipt. No packages containing alcohol will be left unattended.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our courier, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. For local deliveries, we will contact you directly to confirm the delivery window.
Do you offer special orders or source rare bottles?
Yes. If you are looking for a specific vintage, a limited release, or a rare bottle not currently listed in our online catalog, please contact us. Our dedicated curation team leverages an extensive network of distributors and private collectors to fulfill special requests whenever possible.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
While we package all our shipments with the utmost care using specialized protective materials, accidents occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
