Thank you for choosing Laramie Liquors. We operate under strict compliance with the Illinois Liquor Control Commission. We prioritize the safe, secure, and lawful transit of all our premium spirits. Please read our detailed shipping terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Areas & Restrictions

Laramie Liquors ships exclusively within the state of Illinois. Due to complex interstate liquor transport laws, we cannot ship products to states outside of Illinois, PO Boxes, dry municipalities, or military APO/FPO addresses. Local Store Pickup is available and encouraged for all customers at our Peoria storefront.

2. Age Requirement & Signature (21+)

IMPORTANT: All packages containing alcohol require an Adult Signature (21 years or older) upon delivery. The carrier (UPS, FedEx, or our local delivery team) will inspect and scan a valid government-issued photo ID of the receiver before releasing the package. If no adult over 21 is present at the shipping address, the delivery will be re-attempted or held at the carrier facility. Packages will NOT be left at the door or unattended under any circumstances.

3. Handling and Delivery Estimates

All standard orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and federal holidays). Carrier shipping transit time generally takes 2 to 3 business days within Illinois. For our local clientele, Peoria Delivery orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed and delivered on the same day during store operational hours.

4. Shipping Costs and Local Rates

We aim for transparency in all our fulfillment charges:

In-Store Pickup: FREE. Your order will be securely packed and ready within 2 hours.
Local Peoria Area Delivery (within 15 miles): $10.00 flat rate. Enjoy FREE local delivery on orders over $75.00.
Illinois State-Wide Carrier Shipping: $15.00 flat rate per shipment. We offer FREE state-wide shipping on orders over $150.00.
